Mermaids are mythical creatures with the upper body of a woman and the tail of a fish as a lower body. Many people believe they aren't real.Tell those people that they're idiots because they are real. Meet Beyoncé Giselle Knowles. She's a mermaid who was sent to live on land by her parents, the king and queen, after an evil mermaid threatened to kidnap her. Beyoncé is super eager to get on land. But she'll find out land is not all its cracked up to be. For one, every time she gets wet she loses her legs and sprouts her tail. Her legs don't come back until she dries off. You can bet that causes trouble. Follow Beyoncé on her journey on land while she tries to fit in. Along the way, she'll find friendship, love, and a couple of enemies. And in the end, she'll have to battle the evil mermaid and make a difficult decision. Go back home? Or stay on land? (Loosely based on the TV shows H2O and Mako Mermaids. On December 2nd 1985 there was a fire in Third Ward Houston Texas. The fire killed many people who were unable to make it out of homes in time but there was one little girl who magically survived. She was in a burning house, her four year old body hidden under the arm of her dead father when her house collapsed. Somehow she managed to stay unharmed while her mother was crushed. When she was found they looked everywhere for family of some sort but none was found, she was all alone. She was immediately adopted by a scientist in Washington by the name of Doctor Vincent Murray-Hall who looked after her ever since. On her 11th birthday he noticed something strange, he noticed her ability to move things with her mind. Desperately he stopped inviting his friends (all scientists themselves) to his home as he knew they would turn her into an experiment for scientific discovery but he failed. At 14 years old she was pulled away from him and taken to Foxworth National laboratories to live, a place where she could be constantly monitored and tested. Four years later Shawn Carter came to work at FNL. Then...

No family,only a trust fund. Finally able to move on from the death of her boyfriend. Beyoncé finds herself in a bind. She's offered a position as a principal at a local high school but there's one problem. She's pregnant, and the county doesn't see it fit for an unwedded mother to take a position such as this. Shawn Carter had everything going for him. He married the love of his life, Whom he created a beautiful Daughter with. He had his own business, life was great. Things changed, one day unexpectedly his daughter was crushed by a bulldozer that lost control. Her legs were crushed and skull was cracked. Medical bills piled up and his wife didn't see her self taking care of a disabled child. Things are getting worse by the day, and his daughter needs more surgery, but he can't afford it. Through a mutual friend Beyoncé and Shawn meet. They both have something each other needs. He needs money and she needs his last name. The least they could do is help each other right?
