They all survive but Izuku Midoriya went missing as they tried to find him but couldn't. They got rescued and they continued trying to find him but they had to call the search off to pronounce him dead. They are heartbroken about this years later after the war with the villains they received a nice needed break. They went to travel during their time in NYC they encountered villains as heroes were nowhere to be found until they met with the vigilante Spider-Man and Spider-Ghost defeated them. They follow them until they take off their mask and the class is shocked to see Izuku Alive and well. Izumi goes toward him with tears in her eyes. Izumi: onii-chan Spider-Man: Who are you? The class realized that he lost his memories and doesn't know how he is at all.
