Ta'law is the best female pilot in the world. So it doesn't surprise anyone that she is picked to be the next leader of the planet, except her. The only problem is, the current leader of the planet, Master Guardian Sidarc, wants her dead. Ta'law has to find a way to become the leader the planet needs, while trying to keep everyone she cares about alive. When her father is kidnapped, she discovers that the world isn't the safe place she imagined.
