Lillian Faust did not think she'd end up with a quirk, let alone one that had the potential to be a powerful tool if used correctly. Hailing from a family with a history of quirkless men and women, she's hesitant to tell anyone about her power, and what it can do. Shy, meek and all too humble, Lillian has to make a choice. Harper Rye can, to put it simply, read minds. It's not something she consciously does. Her quirk simply allows her to pick up people's thoughts, regardless of whether she wants to or not. The fact that she can't turn it off makes having such a power nearly unbearable. To make matters worse, she's somehow managed to fall under the radar of the super-genius principal of UA high, Nezu. He's sure there's a traitor amongst them, and is convinced Harper is the key to finding them and shutting them down. Plunged into a world she never wanted to be in, Harper finds herself on the fast track to becoming a hero, maybe managing to make some friends for once in her life, and quite possibly saving Japan from near-certain destruction.

This summer in Gravity Falls counts the fourth summer after Weirdmageddon. While trying to catch the gnome that took his hat, Dipper runs into Bill Cipher's statue, and accidentally shakes his hand, releasing Bill and his powers back into Gravity Falls. But that isn't the only mysterious event that's happening. Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford are keeping something from the twins. Noah never had the time to be a normal kid. From a young age he had to deal with his abusive mother and non-existent father. But one day he didn't, his mother nearly killed him, and now unannounced to him, he's being moved to Japan to live in an orphanage, with a bunch of kids just as mean as the last.
