He oftens visits a large forest near the city. there, he could sit down and listen to the peacefulness and instead of being at home. But rumors have been spreading around that people have seen a half Human half fish thing, also known as a mermaid. And to be quite frank, Todoroki Dosent really believe that until he actually meets one himself. ------------------------------------------ Midoriya is a young merman, living in the large lake. but under all that water is a village with many more of Midoriya's kind. Often times he hangs around a short tempered boy named kacchan and his other friends. Midoriya dreams to venture out beyond his small world. then, one day Midoriya meets a very particle boy. [beware, i wrote this when i was 14-15, logic may disappear in some moments] Izuku Midoriya, a shy, timid boy with a yet happy and cheerful personality. Karma, the man that could make the devil shudder in fear. _____________________________________________________________________________________ After realising that society saw everything in only black and white; it's either you are a Villain, a Hero or nothing, Izuku's dream of becoming a Hero slowly dissolved. Instead, he wanted to change the world. To him, it didn't matter who the person was. If they needed help, they got help. If they did something bad, they suffered the consequences. Simple. That way, he earned himself the name 'Karma'. Karma was a man, that didn't hesitate to kill or hurt if it meant to avenge the dead or protect civilians. Many, especially Heroes, had twisted opinions on him, seeing that he was still a killer to the law. Yet, he managed to change their options when the USJ attack occurred. Still, there were a lot that wanted to arrest and charge him for murder, breaking the law and god knows what. But there were also those, who took a slight liking in the Vigilante. Later on, Karma would prove himself even more. He would find out informations about the Villains and hand them to the Heroes. Some were highly suspicious as to how he found those informations. But what do you do, when suddenly said Vigilante turns up on your doorstep, bleeding furiously and slowly losing consciousness? You take care of him, of course! Or at leat that's, what Aizawa does. However, what do you do, when you find out that the famous Vigilante is no older than sixteen? When he is just a kid? Yeah, Aizawa doesn't know either. The story starts after Katsuki Bakugo feels strange things happening around him, dangerous accidents just barely missing him, cold winds and warm feelings. It wasn't dark nor stormy nor night when Izuku found out he was quirkless, but it was a dark, stormy night when his life changed. After that night, he tried to understand at a young age. After collecting his thoughts and placing the blame on himself for not being strong to be strong enough and blamed those who didn't want to help him because of the law. At that time the law seemed to be against him, like his friends. Those laws were supposed to help the weak, like him, instead, they kept him from receiving that help because it said so. Why do heroes need such laws that stopped them from helping others? He hated those laws. Izuku is a hero, just a hero who brakes the rules to save others, he didn't have anything from holding him back. No one can be weak, like him.

What happens when UA has a special test ready for the students? Dividing them into two groups of Heroes and Villains? What if Midoriya is made the leader of the Villains?
