My take on an AU were Rhaegar won. Jon and Dany were raised in a loving family in the red keep.

And there is nothing that will stop her from fulfilling her dreams, except maybe her biggest fear, a surviving lion. Maybe house Lannister isn't fully dead just like house Targaryen.

What if Daenerys Targaryen had her dragons with her whole armies and then landed in kings landing right before Ned Starks murder. She shocks everyone with Rhaegar by her side. The Targaryen take back everything that was stolen from them with fire and blood. This time they're taking over the world to make it the Targaryen Empire. (Many more dragons are gonna be hatched)
