It's been more than 2000 years since Rimurus' defeat of Yuuki(Velda). Since then he has been reflecting on his actions and what led up to now. Lost in his thoughts Rimuru remembers the past and starts to lose control of his feelings. Ciel( his Manas/Wife) moved him into his imaginary space to protect the surroundings from him. This however is not enough to hold in Rimuru, as his thoughts get worse and worse she has no other option than to send him to the end of time and space in order to not annihilate the Multiverse. With this one action it would have been enough to wait for him to calm down and his return. This unfortunately Can't happen because the seal of time-space movement back to the cardinal world is completely blocked off. This causes Rimuru to completely fall into despair even as Ciel tells him that he can just go back before when he was just reincarnated to the world. Will that be enough to fix his broken mind?
