We weren't always like this. We used to be average New York City high school sophomores. Until our homeroom went for flu shots. We were prepared for some side effects. Maybe a headache. Maybe a sore arm. We definitely didn't expect to get telepathic powers. But suddenly we could hear what everyone was thinking. Our friends. Our parents. Our crushes. Now we all know that Tess is in love with her best friend, Teddy. That Mackenzie cheated on Cooper. That, um, Nurse Carmichael used to be a stripper. Since we've kept our freakish skill a secret, we can sit next to the class brainiac and ace our tests. We can dump our boyfriends right before they dump us. We know what our friends really think of our jeans, our breath, our new bangs. We always know what's coming. Some of us will thrive. Some of us will crack. None of us will ever be the same. So stop obsessing about your ex. We're always listening. --- I'll be posting a SNEAK PEEK of the first four chapters of my new YA book, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, here on Wattpad! I hope you like it. It will be in stores on March 11th. You can pre-order it here: http://www.amazon.com/Dont-Think-About-Sarah-Mlynowski-ebook/dp/B00FIN0TZ0/ref=tmm_kin_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&sr=8-1&qid=1392920610 "Smart and frequently hilarious."--Publishers Weekly, starred review "A perfect read." --Romantic Times

"It's as if the world slows down to a standstill. Touch, taste, smell, hearing, they are all deemed inoperable, all except sight. Sight is amplified. Sight is intensified. Sight becomes my most important asset, and at the same time, becomes my enemy. For if it wasn't for my ability to see, I wouldn't have seen him, with his wide eyes and gaunt face, outstretching his right arm to a peculiar length. I wouldn't have seen the weapon clutched firmly in his hand, pointed directly toward my head. I wouldn't have seen him pull the trigger while looking unapologetically at me. But I do see. I see everything, from his blank, hopeless stare, to the weapon-clad men charging at him unmercilessly. I see him fall to the ground, as if his limbs are pulled out of his body from some unknown force. But first, and to my utter torment, I see his fingertips, blackening and charring as the plague strikes him right before he takes his last breath." © 2014 Liliana Araxes

Fantasy, friendship, and fate await you in Collin Earl’s The House of Grey, based on the popular audio fiction by the same name. 14-year-old Monson Grey faces the same challenges that any freshman high school kid would: difficult classes, weird teachers, food fights…girls. Except, Monson Grey is not Monson Grey. At least, when he looks at himself in the mirror, the scarred face staring back is not someone he recognizes. Now he finds himself attending an extraordinary school, the recipient of an incredible scholarship, among ridiculously rich classmates, all with no memory of how he got there or what to expect. All he has from his former life are the flashes of haunting images that plague his dreams and the echoing voices that he hears, but cannot see. Luckily, Monson finds fast friendship in two of his classmates, Casey and Artorius. Little does Monson know, they too carry their own skeletons. Yet, as bizarre events start to unfold around them, Monson wonders what secrets lay buried in his mind or if he will ever be able to share his true fears with his newfound friends. Join our three heroes as they roam the halls of the most prestigious high school in the country, finding love, mystery, and answers to their algebra homework- all while peeling away the layers of Monson’s shadowy past. Author’s Note: The House of Grey was originally a serialized audio fiction. Volume 1 begins the written adaptation of that story told in a six part series. Individual volumes do not contain the complete story.

Sarah had dreamed of being accepted into Cambridge University for years. So, when that acceptance letter finally arrived, she was nothing but excited to be leaving home and starting the newest chapter in her life as a student. However student life was as far from living the dream as she could have imagined. An insurmountable work load, no social life to speak of and with barely a penny to her name Sarah grew desperate. So much so that a job offer from a local strip club seemed like her saving grace. The money they paid was good, but did it really out weigh the dingy club, anti-social hours and the clientele that gave Sarah the creeps? Well all save one man, he was nice, polite and well dressed; not at all like the others and he seemed to be rather fond of Sarah. She should have known he was the one to really be afraid of.
