This caused the older bot to stiffen. He hesitated with giving an answer. It should've been obvious as he did tell Ratchet at the time. "To protect you." (Y/n) spoke carefully. His optics didn't leave the scientific device. He didn't want Ratchet to find the full reason in the older bot's eyes. "Protect me...?" A transformers prime fanfic (Knockout x Breakdown) Cascade has grown older, but he still has a lot to learn. No larger than Breakdown's pede, he has a ton of growing to do. From behind him, he heard Breakdown step closer and start the cannon on his back. Knockout pulled the object closer protectively before slowly turning to face his conjunx. He heard Breakdown gasp in shock as he turned off his cannon and changed his hammer into his servo again. "I-is that a..?" Breakdown was cut off by Knockout shakily nodding.
