So, everyone is doing a Christmas/Holiday fanfiction, and I decided to join in on the fun! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU, MY LITTLE MENTALISTA FRIENDS!!

What would the story of Patrick Jane, the Mentalist, be like if he was a real psychic? If he could talk to people that passed away, like his wife and daughter? Will it change anything in the way he copes with his loss? And how will it influence his work with the CBI? Will people believe him being a psychic or will he deny it? Patrick Jane had to make the shocking discovery that his wife and daughter were brutally murdered. It was too much for his mind to take and for once he decided to accept help and ask for advice in a psychiatric hospital. But when he feels better and has learned to cope with his loss and abilities, the thought of revenge comes back to his mind and starts to possess him. How will the souls and his newfound colleagues he originally planned on using for his plans of revenge help him through this hard time?

It's a reverse on the mentalist where Jane is still a psychic. Sorry, I've changed the description hundreds of times.

The team is so close to catch Red John. Too close. That's why Red John kidnaps Teresa Lisbon. Jane's world is falling apart. Red John has killed his wife and daughter a couple of years ago. Why would he take Lisbon too? Red John won't stop haunting the consultant and he's still terrorizing his life after all those years. Questions are starting to pop-up in Jane's head. Will Red John kill Lisbon too? How will the team cooperate without their boss? Could he better run away so Red John won't hurt his only friends? The hideous serial killer is controlling his life. Kidnapping his friends.. Manipulating and even killing his family.. Will Jane eventually find happiness and love? And how on earth can the team manage to find the serial killer who they've been after for ten years, in one week? There are parts of JISBON, friendship, family, Jane in pain and angst in this story. It's basically the story of Patrick Jane, our favourite Mentalist of all time, falling in love with a complicated 17 years old girl. This story takes place before killing Red John and there is no Jisbon unless wanted. And his daughter survived but his wife is dead. :)

*Episode One* The series follows Patrick Jane, an independent consultant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) based in Austin, Texas. Although not an officer of the law, he uses skills from his former career as a successful yet admittedly fraudulent psychic medium to help a team of FBI agents solve murders.
