In neo toontown! Some Cogs are good and some cogs are evil. Velocity and Rowan are on the good side with a mission to stop the 7 'sin'dicate from taking over toontown for the cog bosses. (Not related to Peace offering. but worth a read. Very old Material I always wanted to post. but it's very good)
