Hitoshi is Aizawa and Yamada's adopted son. His parents refused to take care of him because of an illnesses he was born with, including, Broken Bone Syndrome (BBS), Fragile Muscle Syndrome (FMS), Eardrum Sensitivity, and Vocal Softness Disease (VSD). (All not real as far as I know). Hitoshi was small and couldn't do much on his own, his parents called his useless and when he was 10 through him out, he was found by the heros that are now his parents.

Aizawa tends to push people away from him. Everyone is trying so hard to let Aizawa know that he's not alone, though the man claims to like being alone. He never tells people what's going on. What happens when all the stress he has bottled up finally catches up to him and causes him to break slo? Aizawa trains Shinso. Aizawa has beef with Shinso's (jealous) dad. Aizawa has to take care of Eri. Aizawa has to take care of his students. Aizawa has to patrol during ungodly hours of the night. Aizawa does everything.
