"What are you here for?" "I just want to get scared..." Ye Delun is to put it simply, a horror addict. He strives to find something terrible enough to make him jump or scream. But after years of his strange unsatisfied addiction, he's forced into a last resort. Playing a game his friend recommended. A horror-based otome game. After getting over the fact that he's playing as a woman, and several men are chasing him, Ye Delun forces his playable character into terrifying situations in hope of finding some stimulation. But all he's left with is an obsessed husband every time and a supposed happy ending. Ye Delun wanted to give it another go, when an anonymous message arrived in his game mail. [Are you lonely and in need of a lover? Have you been falling asleep at night dreaming of fictional characters? Knowing good and well that their not there? If you want that to change, then join us here at 'OtomeHorror'! Where we make fictional dreams come true and close single lives to an end!] And without a single second thought, the horror entranced Ye Delun accepted. Tentacle Monster: "Fear me, mortals! For I am your living nightmare!" Ye Delun: "..." That's not scary at all, but he does look like dried squid... Tentacle Monster: "Hey... wait, why are looking at me like that?" Ghost: "You dare think you can live in my house? Over my dead body!" Ye Delun: "Ah.... but you are dead." Ghost: "Now's not the time!" She puts her control over fire and powerful illusions to the test against the feral things that stalk the woods and follows hidden pathways through the silent forests, determined that if the Order doesn't need her, she doesn't need it. "Do you know what to do, Amunet?" A voice as sweet as silk whispered into the young girl's ear. Amunet didn't look over her shoulder, but shifted uncomfortably on her bare feet before nodding her head. A soft hand touched her back and urged her forward. All eyes turned towards the girl dressed in transparent linen with her dark hair tumbling down her back and her violet eyes lined by kohl. Every movement caused the jewels on her wrists and ankles to dangle and shimmer in the light. She raised her head and found the Pharaoh's transfixed stare. His jade eyes narrowed in on hers and the room became still and silent. Amunet bowed and, at the pluck of a harp string, began to dance. --- DISCLAIMER: this story is NOT historically accurate. It does not take place in any real time period and therefore there will be inaccuracies and areas that don't make sense in the context of "ancient Egypt." CONTENT WARNING: though this story is not explicit (sexual or otherwise), it does mention more mature themes that may be troubling to some readers, including but not limited to forced prostitution and miscarriage. cover by @Addietay

Worse, the king has started ordering their arrest, and nobody knows what happens to the dragons after the king's men take them. When her father is arrested, Wynne Pendragon decides to take action. She's going to bring her father home no matter what the cost--even if that means resorting to violence.

And if that wasn't enough, she's just discovered the singular reason for her existence - to act as the king's secret assassin, murdering neighbouring princes with nothing more than a simple kiss.

IIHighest rank no: 3II What are the repercussions of a rejection? 1. Getting numb 2. Failing to care about anyone else and 3. Genocide(yes just kill off everyone and get it done with.) At least to me, these are the solutions and they are absolute. Incomparable. Yeah, being an unwanted mate and a disowned daughter can do things to someone. Especially when said mate is the alpha king himself. In other words, unavoidable. So what happens when the world we know today is run by electronic chips embedded in your body? What happens when rogues are no longer a threat but something far worse. Or when for the first time a werewolf joins the vampire army to kill her own kind? With a hidden gift on its way, the odds just turned in my favor too. How about seeing everything in the villain's perspective for a change? Afterall, they are the one everyone hates, isn't it? This is my story. This is me fighting for the chances that ended before it even started. And it will go through some pretty 'different' (putting it mildly) stuff before you see the end of it. This is not a cliche story. Yes, rejection is there. But the story starts with rejection. Please give it a chance. I promise it won't disappoint.
