America has never had a personification, however in a last-ditch effort, the countries of the world form a school-based in America. The International School for the World Congress opened a bit away from NYC in the less populated area of the state. The Asian nations and Russia selected 100 possible candidates and invite each of them to the school under the pretenses they were gonna be chosen to represent America in the World Congress. The World Congress was a name put on the nation's meetings by funnily enough the Americans to hide its true nature. It was quite successful and many people didn't look into it. Some were curious though. One of these candidates is Alfred F. Jones. The boy is completely emotionless and his body seems almost frail from the lack of self-care.
