When you feel it pulsating throughout your whole body. When your spine becomes cold and your head starts to ache so bad that you partly lose your senses, your emotions, your capability to think- You feel a hollow within and beyond your soul- you be wanting to be left alone. That's the kind of "pain" you don't wanna feel.
