"I didn't ask to be in the middle of your ego-battle," I grumble. Blake pins me to my locker, hands resting on either side of my head. "Well, you got it in anyway, Darling," he whispers. His face is inches away from mine and damn me for licking my lips. I am NOT falling for these guys. And then, at the corner of my eye I spot Owen and his gang approaching. Well, that's just great. *** The West and East gang of Tygerwell have been at each other's throats since the dawn of time. And the two leaders of these gangs want to end the fight, once and for all. But fighting with fists is easy. Fighting with wit and charm, is a whole other ball game. Blake. West-side gang leader. Leather jacket and killer glare. Don't talk back. Owen. East-side gang leader. Fancy coat and toxic stare. Don't resist. And in comes Amber. Hair of gold and oceans in her eyes. Has too much sass for her own good and always, ALWAYS, manages to get into the middle of trouble. But these boys have no idea who they're really dealing with. And when Amber descovers she knows a little too much when it comes to guns and fighting, she has to question everything she thought she knew about herself. Three can play this game. *** "Let's settle this. You got rejected, I got rejected. It's only fair that the fate of the gangs be on who gets the girl first." "That sounds rather good, Rhodes. I'll take that bet on the golden girl." *** COMPLETED FICTION AWARDS: Best new story and best new account Highest ranking in Teen Fiction: #1 on 25/06/2018

(Sequel to Two Gangs and a Golden Girl) *** "If you even think about touching me, I will literally rip off your arm," I growl when Xavier prowls closer. He doesn't stop. His poison green eyes drill into mine. "I will have you, Marigold, and we will rule this world. Mark my words," he says when he's right up against me. My skin starts to burn when he touches me. I am NOT falling for this guy! *** You've all met Amber Marigold. The golden girl that only wants to save the world. But what happens when gold falls? Amber has a dark side and it's time for one of these bad boys of Tygerwell to learn how to tame it. Or should I say men? This is the book where Amber finally puts an end to your question: 'Who does she pick?' But with Xavier's plan, it's going to be a little hard. "You once told me that love and hate are two sides of the same coin. I'm quite positive you're obsessed with me, Marigold..." Get ready for the next level. This time we're going bigger, more expensive and dangerous. You've all just seen the start of Amber's story. It's time we get to the good part. *** "Forget what you've been told. Forget about who is the smart choice. I love you and I know you love me. Please, will you marry me?" "Yes." *** COMPLETED (11/03/2019)

(THIRD BOOK in the Golden Girl Series) **** "Till death do you part?" The priest finishes off with. "I do," I answer - knowing how ready I am to die with this man. *** You've been on Amber Marigold's journey since she arrived at Tygerwell. Now join the end of her journey. In the final book to the golden girl series, we level up. Bigger races. Epic fights. And much more death. It's not just Tygerwell or the country that's at risk. It's the whole world. "This has become so much bigger than us." And in the final battle of blood and loss and pain, victory is not a certainty. Good guys don't always win, because the lines between good and bad are blurred. Not everyone is going to make it out of this alive. **** "Sterling? The South? They both have a common enemy now..." he whispered. "Us," I answer.

If you're judging this book by its cover and title, you're already proving the point this story wants to make. Try to move past this satirical obstacle in front of you. This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of being discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will also be moments of happiness, laughter, and love. - Naomi Lorraine, better known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her school. Even with the help of her sarcastic comebacks, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone in Dartwell High. Every day her childhood bully, Raymond Meyers, knocks her off her feet, literally. However, she can't do anything but survive the laughs, insults, and bruises high school gives her. There are three senior transfer students, dubbed the Three Musketeers: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. All in one day, Naomi catches their attention one by one. With her snarky attitude, but innocent look, they can't help but want her. But not the way you're thinking. Oh no, not like that. Instead, it's probably the whole opposite. It's quite simple really. She'll be their good girl. And they'll be her bad boys. ~ [This story is a first draft written by a 13 to 15-year-old girl so it has its fair share of grammar mistakes and plot holes.] Wattys 2015 Talk of the Town Award Second Place Story of 2015 Best Humor and Overall Points of The Fiction Awards 2016 Third in the Writers Awards 2016 Highest Ranks: #1 Humor, #1 Teen Fiction

Sam is the most promising swordsman among this year’s crop of Paladin trainees...and knows it. Brash, cocky, and unbeatable with a sword (well, almost), Sam is the kingdom of Thule’s best hope against the violence wrought by demons. The only problem is that Sam is really Lady Samantha, daughter of the seventeenth Duke of Haywood, and if her father has his way, she’ll be marrying a Paladin, not becoming one. But Sam has never held much interest in playing damsel-in-distress, and so she rescues herself from a lifetime of boredom and matrimonial drudgery. Pity that Tristan Lyons, the Paladin assigned to train her, is none other than the hero of her childhood. He hasn’t recognized her as Lady Samantha--yet-- but if he does, he’ll take away her sword and send her packing. Sam is not the only trainee hiding secrets: Braeden is a half-demon with a dark past that might be unforgivable. Sam, Braeden and Tristan set out for the western coast, charged with rooting out an infestation of demons that has made the West unlivable. As they travel, they uncover a deep-seated corruption of power that threatens to derail everything they stand for. Rebellion stirs, led by a rival faction of warriors who tempt Sam to join them with an irresistible offer. A war between men is coming, and Sam must pick a side. Will saving the kingdom cost her life -- or just her heart? Reminiscent of Mulan, but with a medieval fantasy twist, Paladin is a tale of adventure, action, and romance.

Taylor Williamson is fun-loving, rich, and a self-proclaimed wimp. Eric Knight is sarcastic, penniless, and a sucker for the people he cares about. Eric and his brother only meant to kidnap one heiress, but they somehow ended up with two: Taylor and her best friend, queen of snark Emma van der Bilt. Taylor only meant to save Emma from her mystery attackers, but she somehow ended up in the middle of a really weird kidnapping, one she knows she should try to escape. Thing is, when your kidnapper has a smile that makes you forget what your middle name is for a good minute, escaping tends to find itself at the bottom of your list of priorities.
