Yuka Hara works for the Syndicate as their primary hacker where her current objective is to bring down the District's corrupt government led by Mr. Propaganda aka Eiji Okamoto. That is where she meets Sam Farrow, an immigrant from America trying desperately to not become another one of the citizens left in the dust on the streets. With the help of the Syndicate and someone from the inside, can Yuka bring the Neon District out of corruption from the inside out?
