When the second-most-powerful wizard (first, now that Voldemort's gone), Neculai Mullo gets his hands on Percy and puts him under the Imperious Curse, Harry must help the demigods save their beloved leader. After learning of Percy's past Harry becomes afraid of him, wary of him, but most of all, respective of him. He races to help save Percy, but what happens when he is offered an impossible choice? Will he make the right decision? And the most important question of all: Will Percy even survive? The demigods must protect and defend Hogwarts from the dark wizard, but keep their identities as demigods secret at all costs. No one must know because it could put them in danger. But the golden trio keep persisting that the new students are up to no good. They make the secret terribly hard to keep.
