Survival is all about rules. It's really very simple. Follow the rules and maybe you last just a little bit longer than most other people. These rules are harsh. They are cruel and unforgiving. You might not like them. Hell, you may hate them, but the fact is you must listen to them. I don't really care if you think that's too hard. I don't care if you believe me and I don't care if you think I'm just being a hard-ass. Go right ahead, think that if you must. The rules still stand. Sit there and deny all you want. If you think you can do it better than me that's fine, just don't come looking for sympathy when things go south because you didn't follow the rules. Looking at you I already have my reservations. I just get this feeling that you aren't going to even listen to the rules. But I'm tired of watching people die of stupidity so I'm going to teach them to you anyway. Listen to my story, I'm only going to tell it once. Then, you can follow the rules if you want to. ***This story contains strong language and some sexual references but nothing explicit*** Copyright © 2017

"People in this town are more bound to fairies than they want to admit..." These words have been haunting Ferry for the past six years. Ferry Donovan is a sixteen human-years-old fairy with an interesting life. During the day, he behaves like an ordinary youngster, spending time with his friends, doing his chores, and dreaming about a special girl. At night, he must train to become the Saviour of Akna, his fairy homeland. Everything changes when a boy comes to town, saying he is the lost son of Ferry's human-parents. Now, Ferry and his friends - both human and fae - must find out who this boy is and what are his intentions. Meanwhile, the town of Goodharts is preparing to enter the seventh year since the last vanishing into the Shepherd's Forest. But this is not the strangest of the things occurring. Over the years, Ferry has learned that the Pride Mansion hides many secrets, and they are all connected to an odd reunion of rich people called The Quest. Yet all these become somehow less important compared to Ferry's biggest concern - the girl he likes might not feel the same.

"You fall in love with the most unexpected person at the most unexpected times." ▪▪ He stroke my arm with his hand and carefully followed his own action with his eyes. "What are you doing?" He was going to ask me something stupid, I could feel it. I crossed my arms and waited for his question. "You can take your headscarf off as soon as we're married, right? I mean, we are married then." He said taking another step forward. He suddenly grabbed me by my waist, pulling me towards him. He stared into my eyes holding me with a huge strength I could never compete with. It was at that moment I could smell a faint smell of alcohol on his breath. He was drunk. ▪▪ Meet Aliah Samuni; a simple, religious and down to earth 23 year old girl, who lost her parents 5 years ago.
