Rebecca Jackson's life is boring. She goes to work, comes home and that's pretty much it. Until she meets Mary Austin. She introduces her to the band Smile, who have a very handsome blonde-haired, blue-eyed drummer named Roger and suddenly, her life isn't so boring anymore. She's thrown into a whirlwind of fame, romance, romance and drama that she thought only happened in TV soaps. It says BenHardy!RogerTaylor in the title but really, you can imagine whoever you'd like!

What happens when you fall for someone against reason and common sense? What if your life made sense before that one person came and turned it into a beautiful mess? Do you fight the temptation or do you succumb to your emotions and give in?

The city was home to some of her happiest memories but also some of her saddest memories and she was looking forward to visiting all of her favourite places again. However, she didn't expect to encounter her old life that much and now she has to figure out how to deal with everything that life is throwing at her, once again. And once again it is a cute curly haired physics student who helps her deal with everything she encounters. Once again it is him who makes her life exciting. (This is the sequel/main story to my other story A Soul For Sale Or Rent, and it follows Billie and Brian later in their life.)

You thought you were over Brian. But now, after seeing him with his new girlfriend, you can't seem to get him off your mind, no matter how hard you try.

I pushed through the crowd, spots beginning to cloud my vision. I looked around frantically and found a free exit that I assumed was for emergencies. I nearly ran outside and found myself around the back of the bar. I gasped in fresh air and immediately felt relief. I took deep breaths and sat down on the concrete, leaning against the building. I couldn't tell how long it had been before the music stopped. I was still sitting on the sidewalk, knees pulled to my chest. I was shaking still, but I didn't know if it was from the cold or my slowly-fading anxiety. I hoped Sarah would think to look back here for me. I leaned my head back against the brick building and blew out, seeing my breath in the cold air. I smiled a little bit at the childlike feeling of seeing your own breath. The door suddenly opened, and I all but jumped out of my skin. I half-expected to see Sarah, but instead found a tall guy. Had he been part of the band? I didn't know, I didn't look long enough to memorize their faces. He looked like a rockstar, though. "Oh, hello." He looked down at me, clearly a little bit confused. "Are you alright?" - Eleanor moved to the UK only recently in an attempt to run from her problems. She gets dragged to a local concert by a friend, and her life is flipped upside down... for good.

A short story about what happens if things that don't usually go together are brought together, about the unlikely, about making the impossible possible. It is just a little fun thing that my mind came up with. It's an experiment, but I hope that you will enjoy it anyway.
