The story is set in 1800s England. The Duke of Bristol, Arnav Martin Westland is a man with a locked heart. His past had taught him , pain of losing someone isn't worth loving someone. And is firm on his decision to never allow anyone in his heart, to never marry. But what will happen when a letter from his deceased Mother forces him to cross oceans and marry a girl he had never seen? Will he open his heart for her and allow her innocent touch to heal him, or will deny the love life has offered him?

Arnav is abandoned by his wife whom now he hate, he is lying to his daughter Aashi that her mother is out of country for her work and will come one day. But as Aashi grows, these lies become unbearable when she demands to meet her mother . Arnav, who is trapped in the corner of his own lies , meets Khushi unexpectedly when he thinks that it is the end of lies and now his daughter will learn the truth...... Khushi who is in need of money to save her orphanage from being sold which she runs with the help to her father and siblings meets him and accepted to become Aashi 's mother for a limited time...... With Khushi's entry into their lives both Arnav and Aashi 's lives changed.... Both Arnav and khushi found themselves in a game of lie and unexpectedly fall in love with each other.....
