Hi guys this is my first HTTYD fan fic on my new account! A strange man in a strange armour turn up on the shores of Berk. Not looking like a Viking, the inhabitants of Berk are curious of this man dressed in a black armour with a fire sword. This man is outraged at what he sees on Berk, when the sea trader arrives at Berk the man takes a chance. Now missing the dragons attack once again. And among them is the Dragon Boy. Can the Dragon Boy change the minds of Berkians, or will he be forever banished for his ideas?

It's been over 400 years since Avatar Korra and four Avatar's have came after her but alas they have left nothing for the new avatar; Avatar Liang. The era of true peace has been brought in by The pillar of six Avatars of Harmony. The new avatar has been made into a figurehead, a mockery of his previous incarnates; He decides to leave the world that no longer needs him. He lives in the Spirit world for a year when a mysterious portal opens and leads to a strange world. The Dragon Riders see a mysterious portal open up on the other side of Dragon Edge, they find a strange boy who has control over the four elements water, earth, fire, and air with there sub elements. A horrible series of events sends Hiccup and Toothless to a foreign land with no way to get home. The pair find themselves completely lost.

It's been a month since Dragons and Vikings were brought together, now the only thing left to do is train them. Its close to winter in Berk, putting everyone on edge for food. Hiccup, the chiefs son, also the one that brought dragons and Vikings together isn't worried about the snow at all. He's usually the one to take advantage of the snowy weather, going dragon sledding with Astrid and the gang. But when Hiccup, mysteriously falls ill with an unknown sickness, Stoik's worries for his survival in the cold grow. In hopes to cure his only son Stoik sets out to sea to find the right medicine leaving Hiccup in the constant care of Gobber and Astrid. When tragic strikes, and Hiccup is now left on his own, his chances of surviving become small.

Hiccup and the gang come back from the Edge, but not realizing that they are being followed. Now Hiccup is kidnapped. Stoick is desperate. Berk is sad but will fight for their heir. A man shocks everyone. Hiccup injured. Astrid is furious. How will the kidnappers(hunters) keep Hiccup in their grasps? How will Hiccup survive and escape? Will this book be popular? AU where Hiccup was raised with dragons in the sanctuary. While on a journey, he and Toothless crash land on berk. As they explore the island, they discover the village.
