"Where are your parents?" He asks, but the child just continues to munch on the blueberries without care. And then Shouta realizes that he probably has no idea what he's saying. He bends down until he's practically on the concrete with the kid and that's when the kid finally noticed his presence. "My name is Eraserhead. I'm a hero. Can you tell me your name?" The kid just looks at him with a blank stare and goes back to the blueberries. So Shouta tries again. "Do you have a mommy or a daddy?" His head snaps up, and he shoves a dirty blueberry into Shouta's face. Okay. That was a dead end. - or Shouta and Hizashi have been waiting for their missing puzzle piece when they stumble upon a curious green-eyed kid who loves blueberries. Fluffy, chaotic family shenanigans ensue.

When there is no one except a certain bully as a father, life couldn't be any better for Izuku. He was still a child and lost his brother, and all the rest of his family. Not only that but the poor gremlin was actually quirkless too! Well that didn't stop him from being the child he is and give the bully that was now taking care of him a bit of his own medicin. Who knows maybe everything was a big misunderstanding or maybe the explosive Dandelion regrets what he did to his brother. Oh well things are certain to be just chaotic.... let's hope nothing comes in the way between these two.... nothing like a crazy villain for example...
