Danni has finally done the most sensible thing and told her parents about her relationship with Nikki and as you might expect from them it was not all plain sailing, even to the point that Nikki was accused of grooming the girl. But while they had reservations it was also clear to them that Danni had matured greatly and her own personal demons of the past had been banished, largely due to the influence of getting to know her teacher and to the point of actually admitting she was in love with her. To protect them both it was the wish of the parents that Danni and Nikki do not see each other until the end of the school term, a condition which should prove difficult as the two of them were getting closer and closer and closer to the physical connection they sought. Fortunately, strength and anticipation kept them on tenterhooks and neither of them strayed beyond the casual glances, the light touches, the spellbinding eye contact... The reward for the hard work was to see Danni receive an invitation to Manchester University and from this the realisation of just how far the two of them had come from the tempestuous beginnings of their meeting long ago and with the news the two of them almost cross the line once again before coming to their senses.
