Jace lives at the institute with Isabelle, Alec, and Max Lightwood. As the gang becomes closer and they become more experienced in there profession, they realize a new evil is stirring. Or at least has been ever since Valentine was killed. They must destroy this force before it destroys them and their world.

Clary is moving in with her mom and brother after her dad had to go away on a "trip". It's been tough for Clary. especially since she has to leave all her friends behind. she feels alone until she meets Jace, her brothers best friend. DISCONTINUED This is based off the show and movie because I'm still currently reading the books, but does have a different back story and plot. Clary and her brother Jonathan mourn the loss of their father, they move in with their mother and step-father, when Clary meets a handsome man at school that lives under an hour away, what will happen.

"I have my reasons." His voice was slow, like drizzling syrup over pancakes, just as rich. "I never do anything without thinking it through first." I folded my arms over my chest. "I don't want to live with you here in your... your palace. I don't need this, and my mother sure as hell doesn't. So just leave us alone." He smiled slowly.
