Connor Anderson was a homicide detective. He handled homicide cases. Someone would kill another someone, and he would figure out what happened and deliver justice. This however, was not what he did. This was different. Both the case, and his reaction to it. He was an enforcer if the law, this went against all he stood for. What was he doing? Something about this woman had changed something in him. And that something made him want to make a little trouble. Why he was so okay with this was a question that needed to be answered. How he got from chasing after a homicidal maid who kidnapped a little girl, to robbing a jewelry store was also a question in need of answering. Kara, ou AX400, est l'androïde de Todd, un homme violant, drogué et alcoolique. Il a une fille qui s'appelle Alice. Elle est plutôt timide et ne parle pas beaucoup. Cela fait 2 jour que Kara est revenue à la maison après avoir subit une grosse réparation et avoir été formaté. Toute est "normale" jusqu'au jour où Todd s'apprête à frappée Alice devant les yeux de Kara. Connor est un androïde détective. Il travaille avec Hank sur toute les affaire impliquant des androïdes de cyberlife, la plus gris entreprise fabriquand d'androïde de Detroit. Aucune enquête ne lui ressiste. Il vas se voir assigner à l'affaire AX400. Il vas devoir resoudre toute les questions sous peine d'être désactivé. Hank vas l'accompagner dans cette enquête. Que ses-t-il passer dans cette maison ? Où est aller le fameux AX400 qui est sensée s'occuper de la maison ? Que va-t-il se passer pour Kara, Alice et Todd ? Todd Va-t-il continuer à être violant ou le vent va-t-il tourner pour lui et sa famille ? Une histoir d'amour, de poursuite et de combat. As fate would have it, that Deviant happened to live near Todd, the abusive owner of Kara. Todd's violent outbursts had become worse and worse, with his addiction to Red Ice being stronger than ever, and the fact that Alice had gone missing. Connor was chasing the deviant before Kara was thrown out of the top level roof and fell before him, badly damaged. Connor will start to experience that his eventual attraction to Kara will go far beyond his programming.
