Her face came closer and she finally looked up, right into my eyes. She stood on her tiptoes, her lips only inches away from mine. I closed the distance between them but only a centimetre before our lips touched, I put my lips to her ear and whispered. "But I don't want you." The biggest lie I had ever told but it had to be said. Then I turned around and left her room.
