This story takes place right after the short story Something Old, Something New by Marissa Meyer. Kai has just proposed to Cinder. This narrative is a continuation of their story together and what their future will hold. Fans of the Lunar Chronicles series won't want to miss this novel about love, trust, and the power of friendship. I do not own any of the main characters all credits there to Marissa Meyer. Over a year after "Something Old, Something New" from Stars Above, it's the big day. The entirety of the Eastern Common Wealth, and really the whole Earthen Union has gathered in New Bejjing for the wedding of the century. Cinder leaves Luna for the last time while Kai busily directs all guests in his city. Everything is set for the perfect wedding, and the whole Rampion crew is there to celebrate. What could possibly go wrong?

It's been six months since Kai and Cinder got engaged, and the wedding is fast approaching. Everyone is excited for the day, that is until Cinder is given 21 days left to live. This story will be told entirely from Kai's point of view in poetry form. The chapters will be short. All of the characters belong to Marissa Meyer. I'm going to warn you all now that this story is not a happy one. If you don't like that, then don't read it. Also, it's whack and way different than my normal stuff. Plus it doesn't make sense. Are you getting why I didn't post it for two years?

{completed } It has been 2 years since they took over Luna. Wolf and Scarlet are married, Kai and Cinder are still dating, Cress and Throne and engaged, Winter and Jacin are broken up. And most important of all Cinder can cry now! Some doctors made it so she can cry now. It starts out with Scarlet finding out one of the most exciting things in her life but also very scary. She and Wolf start on a crazy new adventure together, but not alone, they have everyone on their side. Cress and Thorne are close to the best thing in their life, marriage. Neither one of them doubts that they were made to be together for the rest of their lives. Cinder has taken her rightful place as queen, but she couldn't do it by herself so she wanted Kai by her side but she couldn't make him king unless they got married and neither of them wanted to get married so quickly just for that reason so they went with what is called half-king. Kai can't make the decisions but he has a big say in everything. Winter and Jaicn where doing good, till one mistake. A mistake that Winter might never get out of her head and heart, but she'll also never be able to get her love for Jaicn out of her heart or head. So what will happen? Read and find out. This was written before starts above came out so that's why Cress and Thorne are engaged not Cinder and Kai. Iko does not make any appearance in this story, as the writer I didn't know how to write the character.
