This is an urban Legend written with Liz and Amanda in the role of the guy and the Wild Rose. ~ Legend: In Medieval Europe, there lived a young woman named Elisa Day, whose beauty was like that of the wild roses that grew down the river, all bloody and red. One day, a young man came into town and instantly fell in love with Elisa. They dated for three days. On the first day, he visited her at her house. On the second day, he brought her another red rose and asked her to meet him where the wild roses grow. She declined of course because he is still a stranger but he is so charming and the roses sure are nice. On the third fateful day, she met him near the river. He took her down by the bank. She stood, gazing into the water. He took her into his arms and kissed her passionately for the last time. Then she turned and gazed over the river. While she looked away in thought, he picked up a rock and beat her down to death with it. It is said that as she died at his hands, he whispered to her ,,All beauty must die.." With her blanket staring eyes seeming to gaze into the sky, he put a red rose in her hands and then gently pushed her into the water. She slowly sank into the slow, flowing river. No one ever found her body and as the years past, her real name could not be remembered, so she was called The Wild Rose. It is a tale of not just blindly trusting anyone you meet no matter how charming or handsome since they can have a very dark agenda. ~ Short four part story.
