Sherlock hasn't been himself lately, his mind is clouded and his deductions won't come, he doesn't understand it. All these strange emotions he's encountering revolve around John, it's always John. Little does Sherlock know, that these emotions are love, and he's not so unemotional as he believes. This is a story about how Sherlock shows John his heart, but will John take it?

John is in love - with his incredibly talented flatmate. Unfortunately, Sherlock's married to his job. Will John ever be able to confess?

One day while John naps, Sherlock gently kisses him on his lips, unaware that John is actually awake and that this single gesture will cause everything John has known to be questioned. Note: Hi, this is the Author many years later! I just want to say that I haven't read this in YEARS (I was probably in junior high or high school when I wrote this) and I noticed all the comments in the story and I want to apologize for any harm I've caused. I didn't realize at the time that this was non-consensual and I'm sorry for that. I didn't have a good grasp on that type of thing yet but now that I do, I cringe looking back on this! I don't want to take the story down, but I do want to offer a Content Warning. The kiss is non-con. John is sleeping when Sherlock kisses him. Just know that I meant no harm when I wrote this since I didn't understand the implications, and because so, feel free to imagine whatever you like to make up for it.
