In this book, our main character is called Kotarou. Kotarou has the ability of Logic Manipulation, the ability to manipulate logic, rules and common sense; like one plus one is two, rain falls, and fire is hot. What will he do with it? To make matters worse, Panty and Stocking were not sent from Heaven but rather thrown out, and the only way they can get back into Heaven is to defeat and destroy these Ghosts. And so this dirty and slightly noble threesome is off to bust ghosts, and have a lot of fun on the side.
