This story explores this idea, with an added twist (read to find out) to make it a little more interesting. It is also completely from John's point of view. My writing style is not completely normal, so while reading this, try to remember that quotes is for someone speaking, italics are internal present tense thoughts, and normal writing is past tense narration of what is happening.
