The workers thought that 666 was a parting gift from the foundation CEO USSR when he dissapeared and was never to be seen again. 666 was contained in a room isolated from all the others, so America could do better reaserch, they believed that once he gained 666's trust, they could use him for war. When they're in their human form, they have an animal feature or wings (for birds). America is the only exception. Instead of being an American Bison, he's a White-Tailed Deer.
