In High School, Peridot's only concerns were grades and getting out of that Hell Hole ASAP. She had been tormented by bullies all of her life, so hated everyone as a default setting. By her Senior year, however, a newbie freshman named Steven got her to open up a bit and she actually gained a few friends right before graduation. Now she was going to college, and she was ecstatic. She couldn't wait to get started and meet some new people! ....And then her roommate happened.... Just an advanced warning, this fic will have some very strong themes; including scenes of sexuality, self harm, panic attacks, some violence, and some mildly strong language throughout.
