Hinata, a new student in the school. He's really quiet to others around. He absolutely loves volleyball but... he didn't sign up to it, doesn't speak about it but why? Oh, and he is being abused by his father and his mother drinks so he's been the 'father' figure for Natsu protecting her too. But what happens if he runs into the 'cold' hearted boy called Kageyama? Kageyama loves volleyball, this is his life. Cold to others and not really social unless needs to. But if he had to pick up a friend's friends brother what happens? Daichi the volleyball captain is worried for Kageyama so asks him to pick up a siblings. What happened when he comes back with such a calm smile?

After the death of Hinata's parents and the betrayal of Kageyama's father, the oddball pair have difficulty opening themselves to the world around them. Only having one another to rely on, Karasuno has a hard time interacting and befriending the two. With a past that still haunts them, will they be able to trust their new team? Or will they be left behind in the world of Volleyball? First fanfic I've ever done, judge the way you want to. Keep in mind I'm still in school and am not the greatest in English. I found this idea on a fanfic I was reading and wanted to try it out myself. Hinata deciding that he needs to get Natsu away runs to one of his moms dear friends, who helps him out as he tries to make a fresh start. Will he be able to keep Natsu safe?
