The second group is called the Runners, a large organization of skilled, intelligent people. Their leader is Jimin, someone with a large heart, but also sinful tendencies. The Runners may not be as evil as the Rouges, but they aren't perfect either. When zombies overtake the Runners hideout, they're forced on the run, and they eventually come face to face with their opposing group.
