If you're mentioning both male and female strongest ranked humans, then you call them 'Ena's. Only 2-10 Ena are born every 1,000 years. Ena live to their average age of 20,000 years old due to the amount of magical energy within their body, but according to there anatomy they should be dead in 80,000,000 years old. So they die young. The two oldest to have ever lived was 2,000,000 years old. But at the age of 1,999,997, they had a child. One that they both wanted to have and raise on their own, though they knew with all their hearts that they couldn't.
