Set Sunday, September 22, 2019 -- the "family" gets together for a meal before Cher leaves for Europe and Pauly leaves for Wyoming. Starts out as a fun family dinner, ends up getting hot(!) with Cher and Rob, their last night of peace in LA before the big trip.

Took the lyrics and fitted them around a rainy day oneshot set in January, 2018. She was sick for Christmas that year (2017). Rated mature for a reason.

At the time of this tweet, performances had been postponed twice, but the tour had not been offically canceled...yet. So she was home sick and Rob was coming to visit her...hmm. What follows is a "what might have been" -- or "what I hope happened". It is interesting to note that during all the press surrounding the release of Closer to the Truth, she readily says she is not dating anybody. In the time since, that has changed to "not telling" or "I don't talk about that", and some description of how the media invasion is very hard on her relationships -- while continuing to cite Rob as the love of her life. I just wonder if 2014 brought about an interesting shift in their "friendship" -- one that is a secret. <3 Enjoy the story, and I love comments!

This was actually the first story idea I ever had for them, ever since I learned that he spends Christmas with her and the rest of the group every year, but I wanted to wait until Christmastime to write it. Set in 2013, this is the Christmas that makes sense for things to start -happening- again.

Set in 2019, as Cher is working on her autobiography (I can't ever decide if she's actually working on it or just talking about it but go with me, okay?) -- she realizes she needs to make sure Robert is okay with everything she's writing, so she invites him over to have dinner and go over it with her. Things go......just about exactly as you'd expect. :D
