Love makes you do crazy things, doesn't it? This is the story of a sorceress who would do anything to bring her love back from the Hell she is in. Glinda knows that Elphaba wasn't what all of Oz painted her out to be. And ever since Elphaba's supposed melting and death, Glinda has been alone and empty. A shell of her former self, devoid of the ability to truly love, and forced to harbour the secret of her lover's legacy. So, when she hears rumours of Elphaba being alive and in Southstairs, she decides to play her hand and see if what she hears is true. But then, does she expect to find anything? And what could she even do about it? This story picks up about two years after the end of Son of a Witch. Gelphie. Bookverse. May be a bit tragic. I don't own Wicked. This takes place after the death of the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba. It is a from Glinda's point of view, and tells of how she struggles with the many memories of her friend, and what happens after she finds out that Elphaba might not be dead. The charactesr of Wicked and any of the songs mentioned are not mine,the main characters belong to Gregory Maguire, and therefore I can not take credit for them. I do not take any credit for the song Popular or For Good, and give full credit of those songs to Stephen Schwartz. This is my first fanfic so I hope you enjoy!

For some reason, Galinda was never ever afraid of Elphaba. Even back when they hated each other, Galinda was the only person to never ever flinch away from Elphaba. It was one of the first things Elphaba ever noticed about her, and one of the most interesting. But why? Why was Galinda never scared of her?

Standing in the hidden corner at the back of the chapel, Elphaba watches Glinda's wedding. She comes to support Glinda, but Oz knows she wishes she could be the one waiting at the altar as opposed to the one hiding in the shadows.

Galinda and Elphaba. Unadulterated hatred. All it took was a storm.

(I thought one Day snice Elphaba is green what if she was the She Hulk so here we go) Elphaba may be a normal but she has green akin she starts to go to Shiz where she starts to have feelings for pretty girl Glinda who on top of that they are roommates and best friends and also when Elphaba is angered she becomes something she regrents ever becomeing.

These are just philosophical analyses of the story its themes and the two leading ladies, though a few of them are more story-oriented.

He brought her to the middle of nowhere then ran off in the middle of the night. Elphaba was now out somewhere, and Glinda has no idea she is alive. Glinda has spent her time mourning her lost friend, in the concealment of the emerald castle. Everyone believes she is fine, but Chistery, her monkey who is learning to speak, knows the truth and he knows where Elphie really is. Glinda now going crazy and counting the days since her friend has been deceased is close to insanity. One lucky day Chistery gets word to Elphaba about Glindas state, and she rushes back. How will the citizens of Oz react to her return? What will hapoen with Fiyero? Will Glinda go back to normal? Most important will she forgive Elphie?
