Her name is Alina Aminev Vladimir. She's a Russian girl who's been through a lot. She's Bucky's sister yet neither of them know it. They only know they have a type of connection from before everything. Everyone else knows about it, but they don't say anything. This story takes place in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
