Adam chooses Y/N L/N a male angel that has proven himself time again of being a great asset to Heaven as both a warrior and angel, and so Y/N is sent to hell to become a Guest at the Hotel to observe the hotel's progress and inhabitants to determine if the hotel and project is worth Heaven's approval and that if a sinner can be redeemed. he joins the hotels guest and staff such as Charlie, Vaggie, Angel dust, Alastaor, Husk, Niffty and more to come. will the hotel be able to prove that sinner can be redeemed or could the hotel change Y/N for better or worse.
