Not exactly the standard Scomiche fanfic...but I still hope you'll hang in there and read it. A prologue and then 3 very long parts, cuz I'm not good at short chapters. Just a silly little idea that came to me, and might potentially have some spin-offs.

Everything Mitch had always done was perfect. His parents and everyone around him always told him so. He even kept his life on a tight schedule, just to keep things perfect. He was excited for his senior year to be perfect, but after a certain tall blond gets Mitch in trouble, he gets a much needed wake-up call.

When Scott is washed out to sea during a storm, he meets a merman named Mitch and their lives are changed forever.

Mitch has a superior olfactory sense and a good memory for scents. There is however one scent that he simultaneously craves and wants to forget, the scent of a boy he used to love.
