Not every blonde is stupid. In the South if you're a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed girl high expectations are made. Either you're not extremely smart, so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. Or you are smart and you just pretend to be dumb so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. All her life Avery Skinner has been told what to do and how to do it- by everyone. By her mother, the girls she calls friends, the guys in school, teachers, family, even Mark the mailman. Needless to say, she's sick of it. Its time Avery took control of her life or at least get a firm grip on the sucker. She's loved football ever since she was a little girl. Yet she could never play because ladies aren't supposed to do such barbaric things. Especially in the South- unless its a rodeo and you're wearing those ridiculously tight outfits that show you're navel or showing you can hold your liquor. Avery has longed to be on the field, throwing the ball instead of cheering on the team her dad coaches that can't seem to win. Then her best friend Austin forces Avery to and for sometime everyone is fooled. But the truth can only be hidden for so long. The moment the townsfolk of Stonehenge, Alabama learned it was a girl under that helmet, was the moment true colors showed. It hasn't been easy and it won't get any better but Avery is here to play. * Avery is going to face REAL life problems, and not nice people. She's going to deal with sexual harassment, mean words, rude people, pregnancy, injuries, steroids, etc.. In this story I want to exemplify how sexist and cruel humans can be. There will be hard moments, but I want to put it out there because it IS a serious problem. Harsh language and such will be present. You have been warned, don't read it then complain. ***COMPLETE*** Book #1 in the Hookup series "You're incredibly sexy Emily" I feel sexy, especially when he's looking at me like that. I could melt into a puddle right here from the way his body is pressed so close to mine and the way his eyes are taking me in. "Hunter," I say in warning as his hand snakes further up my thigh. "Tell me to stop and I'll stop," He says as he pulls me down and nuzzles my hair. "But just remember this is a one-time thing and nobody has to find out about it if you don't want them to." By nobody I know he means Tara. She would literally disown me if she ever found out something had happened between me and one of her brothers. It's girl code, right? You can't sleep with or have any sexual relations with relatives, exes or anyone that your best friend deems unfit. "Not the typical cliche teen fiction" "You're hooked from the get go. Pretty much similar to when you can't stop eating till the last slice of pizza, or have the eagerness to pee, but can't because you're scared that if you stop reading you'll miss the intensity each word brings." "There isn't even a word good enough to describe this book. I'm speechless." - "Please Lexa?" Elle looks at me, "Just fill in my spot for ten minutes." At that moment I was calm, what could go wrong with running a checkout isle for ten minutes? As it turns out, everything. -- "Why are you checking me out?" His voice questions. Even his voice is the sexiest thing I've ever heard. Not to mention the broad shoulder, killer jawlined boy it came from. "I wasn't, I swear!" My cheeks blush ferociously. How the hell did he notice? In fact I'd always thought I was pretty stealthy. He just chuckles and looks at me, a rambling mess, "Yes you are." "Okay, alright, you know what-" I pause trying to pick up the pieces of my shattered dignity from the floor, "Maybe you shouldn't come in here like a fracking ambercrombie model and then on top of that blame a poor little innocent girl for looking-" "I meant those. You're checking me out." He gestures to the items laying across the counter and the scanner in my hand. Oh shit. Let me just repeat that for a moment now. Oh shit. -- Started: 12/27/15 Ended: 10/24/18 February 2019: #1 HUMOR -- Warning: I cannot guarantee you will walk away from this book unaffected

Alexia Foster is your typical, invisible, high school junior. Hunter Chase is your one and only junior heartthrob. In other stories, it's usually the invisible girl who falls for the bad boy first. In this story, the bad boy might just fall for the invisible girl first. This is a story of two different teenagers whose lives were changed by a stolen skateboard.

"What's going on?" "Nothing. Please just keep jogging or something." "What're you hiding, Kelsey?" Her eyes searched mine, then very slowly she gave in. "Um...if I tell you...can you promise that you won't be angry? And that you won't freak out and punch the poor guy?" "Why would I...are you cheating on Jason?" "What?" "Is that guy the person you're cheating on Jason with?" I demanded angrily. "He has been nothing but good to you, Kelsey, how could you just cheat on him? He's a good guy!" "No! Ryder, that's not what this is!" For whatever reason, I believed her. "Fine," I said eventually. "I swear not to punch the guy if you tell me what's going on." "Um...it'd be kind of easier to show you than to tell you." I walked with Kelsey around the bench, and the guy stood up, looking down at me with very familiar eyes. Corey. I was looking up at Corey. Sorry Kelsey. And then I punched him. Book two, following A Bad Boy's Worst Nightmare. It's been almost a year since Corey left, leaving Ryder completely broken and alone. Now, he appears to be back once she sees him in the park. But when she's made to understand that the boy is in fact Corey's twin brother, she allows herself to let her guard down a little. But could trusting the brother of the boy that destroyed her heart really be the best idea? Or would he be just like his brother--the complete and total destruction of everything decent in Ryder's life?
