Sang's father walked out on them less than a year after they moved to Charleston and she is left with her irresponsible older sister and mentally unstable mother. Since her mother is too sick to work she charges Sang rent each week. Due to her mother's demand that she be home by five every day, it is impossible for her to continue high school. It's not easy to find a job when your a high school drop out, are technically a minor and don't have any valid identification. She often has to resort to pickpocketing to make ends meet. What will happen when this catches the attention of the Academy and the Toma Team are brought in to handle it.
