Eileen is a lovely girl living a pretty everyday life until the world went to shit. It became an apocalyptic land that was filled with Flesh-eaters or as Eileen calls them, Cannibals, these flesh-eaters are not like any zombie. They are just crazed human beings that in turn eat people. They function basic things like phrases, and opening doors, they pretty much have the brains of toddlers.
