Life and love doesn't always go the way we plan. Sometimes it is like a present, and other times it's as though you were thrown against a wall. Ashton is a popular guy at King High School, good looking that's for sure, but he gave up so much to be liked. He constantly has a wall up blocking his emotions. He wishes he could open up to someone, but the risks are to great. He distracts himself with lacrosse and school work. Ember is a girl who is practically invisible. She eats lunch alone; with a book as her only company. She doesn't really mind, but lately she feels as if something is missing in her life. It gets worse everyday. Scarlet is Embers best friend; well only friend. They hang out as much as they can, but Scarlet is homeschooled so she doesn't get out much. She is a very nice girl, but is also a bit of a smart aleck. Alex is a guy on Ashton's lacrosse team. They don't really know each other well, but that may change in time. Alex is has an adorable trouble maker smile, and he is very awkward. Everyone who knows him says he has the best personality once you get to know him. Virginia. Popular, pretty, very long brown hair, and super model body. Classic high school annoyance. She is constantly hitting on Ashton, and trying to get them to go out. They haven't actually dated but everyone says they will. She wears a truckload of makeup and tight clothes. She gossips like there is no tomorrow while not giving anyone a second thought. *Hey guys!
