"I know that we will never be a real couple, but we can at least be nice to each other Aneel" I told him. I've had enough. Tears were starting to prick my eyes, but I didn't let them fall. He looked over at me in a weird expression. Like if I died in front of him, he wouldn't care. "You don't get it, do you?! I. will. never. love. you! I will never care for you. You wait, every day, for me to come home and have dinner with you like normal couples do- you are pathetic. You are nothing! Absolutely nothing to me. You are not even worth my words. You are a loser who has nobody- your parents? They are just like me. They knew that you were worthless and wanted to get rid of you" he said angrily. I was not angry at him. He was telling the truth. I'm nothing. Never was, never will. I nodded. He was right. He was so damn right. Sahra Ali is eighteen years old when she gets married. It was not a marriage out of love, no, she was forced into it. Shre grew up being abused. Her parents sold her for money. No parent would do that, so are her so called parents her real parents? She is trying to survive this marriage, because she believes in Allah and knows that He had a good reason that He gave her all these pain. Aneel Osman is a badboy who wants nothing to do with Islam. He was a muslim when he was younger, but when something bad happened, he blamed Allah for it. Deep inside he knows that it is wrong, but shoves that thought away. He began doing the things Allah prohibited. There was no one to hold onto or to pull him out. He kept falling and falling. And when he has to deal with that girl his parents wants him to marry, he is losing himself more and more. Read the description in the book for the fully version! This is a short draft! ~ Salaam guys, this story is edited! Almost everything has CHANGED and it is now a mature story. I like how it turned out. Thank you for all your support! It still contains small grammar mistakes. You have been warned:)

Once upon a time, men and women entered marriage with very clear policies regarding the division of labour: he would go to work and "bring home the bacon," while she would stay at home and cook, clean, and raise the children. Things aren't the same as they used to be. Modern Indian romance, intimacies, and marriages are far more complicated than assessments and reality television shows portray. In India, arranged marriages are an unique and complex process. People seek a 'soulmate' with whom they can spend the rest of their lives, but they also have specific expectations of the potential bride or groom. There is a strong narrative about finding love, compatibility, and connection, but what stands out is a real intent to replicate class identities beneath all of this. In a country that depends on a spending population, "middle class" is a necessary armour, a shared language, a value system, and, more importantly, a way of life. Life may be unjust, irritating, and disarmingly disappointing on most days. Being middle class, on the other hand, creates character in a culture obsessed with the need to be a part of the rat race. Marriage also places the onus of making sacrifices, concessions, and making the marriage work on the couple. This tale illuminates the unseen and underappreciated aspects of an Indian arranged marriage, the life of a middle-class wife and husband and their shared responsibilities as they navigate through life. Immense amount of desi tadka awaiting your way. *I don't own the illustration on the poster.*

🌟 NOW OUT ON KINDLE 🌟 https://mybook.to/BoundByLaw *** Marriage is a sacred union tying two people that love each other, together. It brings happiness and blessings. Or that's what it should be. The marriage between traditional Karishma Varghese and the cold-hearted Jai Agarwal was anything but. Horrible circumstances force these two strangers together. Now bound by law, they struggle with feelings of hate in what they think is a loveless marriage, both holding deep, dark secrets, capable of ruining everything. Those very secrets and differences, however, could be what brings these two together in ❧ "Just because we're legally bound together, doesn't mean I love you." He leaned down, spitting out the next words menacingly. "And I never will." I tried to hold back the tears as his amber eyes blazed with anger. "O-okay." "Now, stay out of my fucking personal life or I won't hesitate to ruin yours." As he left, I broke down. The truth was, I never thought that someone could hate me so much that they'd look at me like they wanted to kill me. Especially not if that someone was supposed to be my husband. ❧ Credit to @IamSumayya for making this absolutely gorgeous cover! Thank you so much for taking your time to make it! ❤️ PS. Highly unedited. Don't read if you're gonna point out every single mistake.

I heard your mom addressing you as Nivi that's why " when this man sitting in front of me who is handsome and damn hot addressed me as Nivi all those hatred with which I came to meet him blown away. My eyes becomes soft and wet. I quickly put my head down and looked at floor to hide those stupid tears. Siddarth Singh Khurana, most prominent business tycoon of South Asia.Current head of Khurana's business empire. Most eligible bachelor, youngest and successful business man. " I think I can't even imagine any other girl beside me as my bride other than you " his deep husky voice made a tingling sensation all over my body. why this is happening to me? I came to say a no for this marriage whoever he is. I stopped dreaming about my future then why I am having second thoughts now. He remembers me of a person whom I really miss. The way he called my name as Nivi was enough for me to break that stone wall inside my heart. " Nivedita look at me once." I slowly raised my head and met his dark eyeballs. " I promise you I won't let you regret this marriage. I will give all happiness for you. At first it was just a business marriage for me but after meeting you I got admired by your simplicity. please say yes" he looked at me with those hopeful eyes. I didn't say anything but I nod my head as yes and he was overwhelmed by my yes. " Thank you, thank you so much " he held my both hands and said. ................ This was the last happiest conversation I remember which I has with my so called husband who is now laying on his bed and beating out of shit from me. I regret that each and every moment when I agreed for this marriage. I can't even cry loudly to forget this immense pain all over my body because if he heard my sound he might kill me and I can't die like at any cost. I need to survive and I don't know like what I did to this family they are treating me like a shit.
