She made new friends along her magical journey, including a secret admirer. Being the oblivious person she is, Luz hadn't noticed that someone by the name of Amity had a crush on her. Bored to salty tears by the treatment she undergoes from her status in her world, Amity Blight begrudgingly goes along with everything, thinking nothing can ever change. She practices her magic in hopes that, one day, it will grant her a release from the drudgery of her day-to-day. She peeks at the humans above the surface of the ocean regularly, mystified yet also confused. Much to both the delight and dismay of her mother, Luz Noceda has been interested in the world under the ocean for as long as she can remember. The dismay part comes in her lack of attention to "practicality," instead focusing on "frivolities" such as the depictions of The Little Mermaid and other sorts of media. A fervent and persistent believer, however, Luz walks the beach one night, and sees something no one even knew existed. She spotted Amity. The cover art was taken from MoonWolfYuki on DeviantArt, with whose permission and aid I am constructing this pet project. All credit for artwork goes to her. This entire fic would not exist without her talents, as she was the primary inspiration. This work is not the official story of the AU depicted in the drawing, but rather an inspired spin-off. This story's update schedule is a wonky kind of nonexistent. The best I can really say is that I despise a break of longer than four days, so those shouldn't be too regular if at all present. I just got into The Owl House and it's an amazing show. The ship Lumity has grown on me and that's why I'm writing this now. Summary- It has been a few weeks since Luz Noceda has entered the Demon Realm. Having her adventures with Eda, King, Willow, Gus and her lover, Amity. One night, while she went out for a breath of fresh air, she went to an old, broken-down tower. She is met by a Vampire. Vlad Oath. Soon enough Vlad assures Luz that he will not harm her, rather, he wanted to warn her. A Demon Lord, Agiel has risen from his seal on Chaos Peak. Agiel seeks to rule over the Demon Realm and eliminate the remaining vampires and witches so none will stand in his way again. There is but one thing that stands in Agiel's path. A staff. A staff that only a human can wield.

Luz Noceda is a regular college student attending Hexside University as a major in Anthropology. But when she stumbles upon Amity Blight, the girl who runs Blight's Brew just down the street, she falls hard. Art cover is my art.
