But it wasn't for reasons that many would suspect, it was because of who played on the Ravenclaw team. Melanie Anderson has been playing for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team as Chaser since her second year. What started off as friendly competition turned into rivalry as she and Oliver Wood made it their sole mission to have their teams beat each other every year.
