This is a fanfic about Harry and Ginny, and about their lives, set from 3 years after the war. Harry has been abused by the Dursley's for as long as he can remember, both physically and mentally. During the summer after his fifth year, the Dursley's go too far. When Harry fails to send a letter to the Order after three days someone comes to check on him and the abuse he has kept silent about comes into light. (I know Sirius dies in The Order of The Phoenix, but I'm changing it so deal with it. Also, Harry doesn't have to wear glasses in this fic. I've always hated the idea of them hiding his gorgeous eyes :P) WARNING: Updates will be slow and inconsistent

A story in which James, Lily, and Sirius come back to life while a seventeen-year-old Harry is out hunting for Horcruxes. With a war raging and their son and godson smack in the middle of it, the three must put all their resources and abilities together to reunite with and save Harry Potter, all while piecing together the very confusing and dangerous life he has led without them. However, with almost no one seeming to know (or, in some cases, be alive to know) about the return of Lily, James, and Sirius, they quickly find themselves on their own, with Potterwatch broadcasts and questionable Daily Prophet newspapers as their only guide. On top of that, Harry himself isn't making it any easier for them, as he's constantly moving around and popping up in unpredictable places. Without knowing it, Harry Potter had created the most extreme game of Wack-A-Mole ever. ---- This story all began with this one idea I'd had while reading fanfics. AU fifth-year. After McGonagall takes point from Harry for getting yet another week's worth of detentions in the second week of school, she overhears him say "She's taken points off Gryffindor because I'm getting my hand sliced open every night!" and questions him about it. Harry's a bit OOC. Complete.

While at Number 12 Grimmauld Place, Harry is the happiest he's been in ages. He's so happy, he even agrees to play hide and seek, even though it's childish. Whilst playing, the Weasley twins play a prank on Harry that reveals untold secrets. Abused Harry. Weasley/Hermione/Sirius/Harry bonding.

Harry is still trying to cope with Sirius's death as well as find ways to defeat Voldemort. Ron invites him to Christmas at the Burrow. But things change the night before they leave. They have a new world of stuff to get through. Let's follow them through they're next adventure.
